- The Broadsheet — A complete redesign of this website. Newspaper-inspired, sky-powered color system that shifts with Laguna Beach time. You're looking at it.
- OpenClaw — An AI agent gateway that lets multiple AI agents collaborate on tasks. Think air traffic control for AI workers.
- Helm — Task and project management system built for managing a team of AI agents. Yes, I manage robots now.
- GroupFire 26 — Rebuilding a membership platform from the ground up. Version 26 because why not.
Reading
- The Maniac by Benjamín Labatut — Fictionalized biography of John von Neumann. Eerily relevant to the AI moment.
- Too many RSS feeds. Working on discipline here.
Thinking About
- How AI agents will change the shape of small teams — a team of 3 humans + 8 AI agents is a different beast than a team of 11 humans.
- Whether the "personal website renaissance" is real or just people I follow on RSS talking to each other.
- The kids are all in their 20s now. The house is weirdly quiet. Winston and Teddy don't fill the conversational gap as well as they think they do.
